1. How do I buy?

Choosing the products

By using the Menu of the site, go through the categories of products. Once you have found the product that meets your requirements, use the “add to cart” button to add it to your virtual cart.

Shopping cart

You will be directed to the page about the shopping cart. Here you have the possibility to review the list of products, to edit the quantity of products you intent to buy or you can even take out one or all the selected products. On this page you also have the possibility to add a comment. After adding all the products you wish to order in the cart, the buying process is continued by completing all the fields required by the system, as they are displayed in the online form.

Order completion / verification

On this page you have the possibility to add the following:
- Status and billing method: natural person / legal person.
- Delivery address, in the case in which it is different from the address from your account.
- Payment method: you can choose between cash/card, payment order or cash on delivery.
- Shipping method: for more details visit point "3. Shipping".

Placing the order

To order the desired products, press the "Place order" button.

Creating an online account

By creating an online account you have possibility to track your shopping history, to save products as “favorites” for a next order. You can register your personal information and the billing information, so they will be automatically used by the system the next time you place an order.

2. Payment methods

Pay in cash/card at the Hidroponic Transilvania office

Cash payment is limited by law at 10.000 lei for private person or 5000 lei for a company entity. For card payments is no limit. If you choose to pick up the products directly from our office, you can pay in cash or with a card. You can pay the total when picking up the products or, in the case of values greater than 1.000 lei with TVA, an advance of 60% when placing the order. Later you can pay the 40% difference in cash/card directly at our office or by using one of the other payment methods.

Cash on delivery

This is valid for courier deliveries (Romania only). Order has to be paid to the courier company representative when you receive the goods. Payment will be in Lei and will reflect the cost of the goods + cost of the shipping. (for more details see the Shipping page). The possibility of paying the full sum on delivery is when the order does not exceed 1.000 lei with TVA included. Goods with values above 1000 lei will be conditioned by an advance payment by bank transfer (usually around 60% of the total value).

Bank transfer

You can initiate the wiring transfer upon receiving the proforma invoice issued by Hidroponic Transilvania, after a phone confirmation of the order with a sales consultant. The original invoice will be shipped together with the goods. The goods will be delivered after the payment of the proforma invoice is made in the below account and confirmed.

Online card payment

The online shop www.hidroponic.ro is using Raiffeisen Bank/Plationline.ro. platform for shopping. Your payments are totally safe. Accepted cards: VISA (Classic and Electron) , MASTERCARD (including Maestro). Payments is secure. Data processing is made through Raiffeisen bank secure platform. We do not ask and we do not store your card details.

Important: there is no commission for payments made by card!

Payments have to be made in RON (lei) by Romanian entities and it represents the value of the ordered products and, if there is the case, the value of shipping.

On the bank statement the transaction will appear under the name www.hidroponic.ro.

3. Shipping

 

Delivery options: ex-works (client picks the goods), fast courier shipping (limited to max. 4x9m hobbit tunnel or goods below 500kg.) or delivery by dedicated shipping.
We can deliver all over the world. All the products have a proper packing, labeling and a bill of materials easy to follow. When we organize the shipping we assure the clients that the goods are insured during the transport.

Ex-works (pick up)

After the delivery confirmation the client can pick up his goods at the date and hour communicated by our Logistic department. Prior to this, we will inform our clients about the weight and the volume of the goods for appropiate logistic on behalf of the client. Loading of the goods is included.

Fast Courier

For orders of goods on stock, we deliver the following day of receiving the order (for orders received until 4 p.m). Orders received Friday are going to be handed to the fast courier on Monday. Once the goods are picked up by the courier, we will send the tracking number to the client.

We work only with URGENT CURIER in Romania and with DHL and TNT for worldwide expeditions. In Romania the average delivery time is between 1-3 days. Delays can occur depending of busiest periods of the year. In the case of products that have to be manufactured/processed, such as the poly film, the tunnels, the metallic structure, irrigation systems etc., the delivery is made within 3-22 working days.

Shipping cost by fast courier will be communicated prior to the shipping.

As a general rule, the shipping cost can be different because of the following factors: destination, distance from main cities, weight, volume. The shipping costs are established by the courier companies and can be paid at the destination (by the client) or at pickup (in which case the shipping costs will be added to the bill) this method can result in a lower shipping cost based on the contracts signed between HIDROPONIC TRANSILVANIA SRL and its partner courier companies.

When your order is completed you will be contacted by phone by one of our company’s representatives to confirm your order and to communicate the shipping costs related to your order.
